Ashton Hills

Ashton Hills is a 3-hectare, dry-grown vineyard that lies in the Piccadilly Valley sub region of the Adelaide Hills on a ridge just below the summit of Mount Lofty. The estate was founded by Stephen George in 1982, who’s made legendary Pinot Noir here for over 35 years, in one of the greatest clone experiments ever.

CRFT Wines

d‘Arenberg Cube

Elderton Estate

Elderton is a wonderful Barossa estate with vineyards dating back to 1894. Since winning the prestigious Jimmy Watson award in 1993 for their Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Elderton has been celebrated as one of the very best winemakers in the country. Today the Elderton Command Shiraz is truly one of Australia’s best and most highly regarded icon wines, and was named world’s best shiraz in 2000 at the London international Wine and Spirit Competition. The Hickinbotham Clarendon Vineyard covers a steep cut of country from the ridgetops above the village of Clarendon to the Onkaparinga River in the gorge below. Since its establishment in 1971, the Hickinbotham Vineyard has become a part of Australia’s wine heritage, supplying fruit to produce many of Australia’s greatest wines, including Penfolds Grange. Highly limited, Hickinbotham now produces its own wines that are regarded as some of the best single estate wines in Australia. Ivybrook Farm

Ivybrook Farm is a small, independent winery. With a focus on biodynamics and small batches, their fruit is selected then handpicked by family and friends and then transported to a small winery on the property where they watch over the evolving wine, using minimal intervention and low levels of preservatives. We can arrange for guests to meet family winemaker, Nick Hunt, who will happily take you on a vineyard walk, winery tour and tasting in the Old Barn.
